The Fürst Löwenstein winery stands for a wine philosophy, which due to the unique climatic and geological conditions of the family vineyards, especially the famous Homburger Kallmuth with its steep 80 degree sloping hill, red sandstone, shell limestone and fire stone, heating up to a temperature of about 68 °C .  A Mediterranean climate in the middle of Franconia, Germany.
