Wine Making
Wine made of a selection of Monastrell grapes, from our vineyards in "Campo Arriba". We have used two different vinification processes, carbonic and traditional maceration, in order to get a perfect combination of aromas, flavours and features that make this wine refine and distinct. We have carried out a careful harvest and paying great attention to the transport with the aim of protecting the grapes and allowing a clean and net fermentation. Tasting Notes Intense dark cherry colour with violet edges. It has a nose of mature red fruits, grape skins and raspberry. It is a well balanced, full-bodied wine, with elegant sweet tannins and a warm finish. Serving Suggestions: Stews, rice and pasta dishes, tapas. Serving Temperature: 10ºC-12ºC.
