Pinot Gris requires the same cool growing conditions as Pinot Noir, and so is well suited to the Mornington Peninsula. This wine has been cool temperature tank fermented to retain the fruit aromatics and freshness. Tasting Notes The bouquet of this wine has ripe pear and apple aromas. The palate has fresh pear and subtle honey flavours that will develop further with bottle age.
