Wine Making
This wine is made from a blend of selected grapes. The Garnacha come from vines which are more than 40 years old, and the Syrah grapes come from 10 year old vines. Traditional methods are used for wine production. The wine is fermented in stainless steel deposits, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. This is followed by maceration, with skin contact, for 8 days.
Tasting Notes
The wine is very clean and bright, with cherry red colouration and violet hues. It has a pleasant, complex nose, indicative of its quality, with intense aromas of subtle fruit and balsam. The palate is full, well-structured, with rich nuances and good length.
