Grape Varieties: 100% Muscat.
Tasting Notes:
Colour.- Straw yellow with golden notes, clean and bright.
Aroma.- Intense aromas, strongly reflecting the varietal with some hints of white blossoms.
Palate.- Smooth, wide with well balanced sweetness.
Process : Traditional wine making, fermented under temperature control, followed by 20 hours maceration with skin contact.
Ageing: Ageing in new French oak barrels for 1 and a half months.
Food Pairing: Aperitif, after dessert.
Serve: Between 8º-10º C
