Tasting notes: This exceptional cava reflects the constant search for excellence that has guided Pere Ventura throughout the years. The careful assembly of selected grapes allows fruity, floral notes. The rich, complex aromas acquired during the long ageing contribute to creating a cava with a unique personality.
Gastronomy: Our Brut Reserva is ideal as an aperitif or accompanying fish dishes and savoury pastries. Its complexity means that it can also be enjoyed with pasta dishes and white meats.
Type of cava: Brut with 7 g/l of sugar and 18 months of ageing.
