Brandy from a single barrel, unique and unrepeatable. Bottled by hand and aged for 15 years in aged Oloroso barrels.
Bodegas Rey Fernando De Castilla has developed a unique concept of single barrel bottlings of its famous brandies. Under supervision of the Consejo Regulador of the DO Jerez, individual barrels of rare and fine brandies are selected by a team of experts and the contents of the chosen barrels are bottled individually in 500ml bottles with an informative label indicating the type of brandy, what type of oak has been used, and how many bottles are made from each barrel. The bottling day is written by hand and signed by our master José Gerez.
The brandies are bottled without chill filtration and clarification and has only been lightly filtered through cellulose plaques. These limited offerings are aimed at the true brandy connoisseur and is best enjoyed at the end of a meal.
