Tatsing Notes:
Of a pomegranate red colour, varied and spicy aroma. In the mouth it is warm, rich in fruit, with body and a long after-taste.
Food Pairing:
This wine is ideal for accompanying cured cheeses, red meats, fowl, game, cold cuts, cold meats and dishes with personality.
