Origin:
This wine is made exclusively from sauvignon blanc grapes from the Rueda region, where this French variety was first introduced in 1992.
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested during the night at 10°c, after crushing the must is left for maceration with the skins for between 6-8 hours to allow the aromas to develop to their full. Fermentataion is carried out at 16°c.
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow with a hint of green, the nose is concentrated with a wide range of fruits that include citrus, mango, pineapple and other tropical fruits. The palate is fresh, fruity and lively with a light and crisp finish.
Food Pairing:
Sauvignon Blanc combines with a wide variety of dishes, especially fish and seafood.
