This wine has been totally produced with selected Verdejo grapes from the Rueda region, which is known for the quality of their white wines.
Winemaking:
Harvest is done at night in order to get the most fruit concentration possible. After the crushing the must is left for maceration with teh skins during 6 to 8 hours to get the maximum expression of aromas. Fermentation is carried out at 16°.
Tasting Notes:
Pale lemony white with bright highlights. With tropical and citrus fruit characteristics that include aromas and flavours of pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and nectarine. Balanced on the palate with a long finish.
Food Pairing:
Recommended with light foods, seafood, fish or with Thai, Japanese and Pacific Rim fusion dishes. Serve at 8-10°c.
