From 40-60 year old bush vines, the grapes are harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Dense purple in colour. This wine offers up a complex nose of violets, black cherry and cassis that jumps from the glass. Smooth on the palate, round and balanced with a pleasant after-taste.
