Varieties: Vinified with Syrah (50%) and Merlot (50%); from Cadillos and Bancales Estates.
Vinified: There is a first pre-fermentation cold-maceration of 5 days at 9ºC done. The fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 30ºC. After alcoholic fermentation the wine macerates with the skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation was done in the tanks.
Crianza: The wine was aged 12 months in American oak barrels (Kentucky forests).
Tasting Notes: The wine displays an attractive red cherry colour with purple hints and layers. Clean and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy notes from the crianza, and mineral hints. Rich and powerful on the palate, tasting again fruity and oaky flavours perfectly integrated. On the finish the wine is long, persistent and fruit driven.
Serving Temperature: Between 16-18°C.
