D.O. Campo De Borja Grapes: 100% Syrah Grapes selected from recently planted vineyards in the area, perfectly adapted to the climate and soil. Harvest: 2nd week of September. Wine Making: Traditional fermentation method at below 25ºC. Maceration for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel tanks, produced by carbonic semi-maceration in one part of the grape. Once the desired objectives have been achieved, it is bled and pressed. After the malolactic fermentation, it is aged for a short time in French oak barrels to create a more complex wine. Tasting Notes: • Colour: Intense cherry red with hints of violet; a very clean appearance. • Aroma: High intensity, it has a clean and potent aroma with a clearly varietal nature. An assembly of fruity and flowery nuances; potent with toasted touches that provide complexity and quality to the wine. • Mouth: Smooth attack, full and structured, rounded, rich in nuances, full-bodied with a long finish. Alcoholic strength 14%. Serve at 16ºC.
