Vineyard Taking its name from the Spanish word for "wedding", La Boda comes from a union between both terroirs, merging the altitude of the Cocalières with the Aupilhac terroir. Vinification Maceration with daily lees circulation. Matured for 24 months in 300 litre barrels. With no fining or filtering
Tasting Notes Achieving balance is an absolute priority, so this blend of grapes from 2 terroirs, matured in large barrels, is rich and powerful enlivened with a long, clean finish. The wood is accompanied by aromas of red fruit and spice. The first nose is a mix of cinnamon, white pepper, ginger and capers. This is followed by fruitiness reminiscent of raspberries and gooseberries. In the mouth the first impression of power soon gives way to long, clean sensations with spice and fruit.
