Gran Reserva: This is one of the treasures of Alvear company. It is matured and aged for 15 years, in very old American oak butts by using the “Solera System”.
Tasting Notes: The Gran Reserva has a reddish mahogany colouration. The nose is reminiscent of pastries and nuts, with deep, rich aromas, which include wood. The palate is long, bone dry and quite savoury.
Serving Suggestions: As a digestif, following great food.
Serving Temperature: 18ºC.
