D.O. Valdepenas Gape Varieties: Tempranillo
Origin: Arium Tempranillo is made by extracting the optimum amount of tannin and fruit, in order to preserve the natural flavour and aromas of the Tempranillo grapes.
Winemaking: The sensation of volume and sweet tannin is achieved by carrying out the malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels and continuing the ageing process for a period of two months. This is a young wine that remains in oak barrels for a short time. Tasting notes: Deep red in colour, with purple highlights. It combines aromas of red berries and violets, with the flavour of concentrated blackberries and just a touch of toasted oak. This wine is full-bodied and rich in texture due to the ripened tannins. Recommendations: It is the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of meat dishes, poultry, pâtés, and cured cheeses. Serving Temperature: Best served between 15 and 18ºC. Alcohol content: 13,5%Vol.
