The Wine was obtained from a drawing off the must after a short maceration of about 18 hours, with its own skins. Natural racking followed by fermentation of 13/14 days at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. Tasting Notes Shiny and clean raspberry pink colour. It shows strawberry syrup and sweet liquorice aromas. It is oily, candied and ripe in the mouth. Serving temperature: 8ºC-10 ºC. Serving Suggestions: Lasagne, blue fish dishes, cold meat tapas. Technical Information Harvest: During the first two weeks in October. Total acidity: 5.6 grams/litre. pH: 3.23 Residual Sugar: 2 grams/litre. Total sulphurous: 70 mg/litre. Alcohol: 12.5% Vol
