Grape Variety: 100% Sangiovese Region: King Valley, Victoria
Tasting Notes The wine has a lovely rose petal colour with a cherry hue. Its has very pretty aromatics of rose hip, cherry blossom and white plums. Its very savoury, with earthy undertones and spicy. The palate is rich, full and flavoursome. Lots of spiced cherries, plums, strawberries and red fruits. It has a lovely long finish.
Vinification This rosé has been made from Sangiovese fruit that was hand and machine picked, crushed and left to macerate for 8 – 9 hours. After pressing, the juice was then slowly cool fermented at 15˚C so as to retain fruit aromatics and crispness.
