2009 Vintage
Grape Variety: 95% Garnacha, 5% Tempranillo. D.O.: Campo De Borja
Vineyard: Garnacha: vineyards over 30 years old. Tempranillo: vineyards over 15 years old.
Wine Making: The wine is made in the traditional way. The grapes are macerated for eight hours then fermented at 16ºC in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a very clean and bright strawberry red colouration, with violet and bluish edges. It has the aroma of red fruits with a medium intensity. On the palate it is full and fresh, well-balanced and with a clean and persistent after taste.
Serving Temperature: 10ºC-12ºC
Technical Information: Harvest: Third week of September onwards. Alcohol: 12.5% by vol.
