Grape Varieties: White Garnacha 70%, and Viognier 30%.
The White Garnacha comes from 40 years old vineyards grown in the terroirs called "tapàs" and "panal".
After its fermentation in stainless steel tanks we do the assemblage. This means that half of the wine is aged in 300 litres oak barrels together with their lees for four months, and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to extract the highest varietal expression.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of floral scents prevail such us white roses, fresh white fruits (lychees) and a mineral touch. Complete and potent entrance full of well integrated flavours in the mouth. It´s creamy with an extremely fresh, minerally finish that brings elegance to the wine.
Service: We recommend serving this wine at 10º-12ºC
