D.O: Toro Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo
Elaboration: Strict grape selection after picking the grapes. After harvesting the grapes, the must is moved into the stainless steel tanks where the fermentation takes place. The malolactic process is done in oak barrels. The temperature while it is fermented gets up to 20 and 30 degrees and it will last for 30 days followed by the maceration step.
The wine rests between 4 and 6 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Color: Dark purple, plum. Aroma: Intense, excellent expression of the varietal with incorporated smokey scent from the oak. Mouth: Tasty and creamy with the sweetness characteristic of the grape.
