Tasting Notes: Vin Santo can be served as an aperitif or dessert wine. Deep golden in colour, this wine has a gorgeously complex bouquet, there are hints of chestnut flowers, figs, dates, candied orange, and toffee coated almonds. On the palate the wine is lusciously sweet with some seductive sherry type notes alongside flavours of candied almonds, raisins and citrus. This wine has beautiful length and persistence on the palate.
