Made with the traditional Xarel.lo and Parellada varieties, this wine is a magnificent example of a young wine from the Penedès. Its mature white fruit aromas, especially pear and apple, blend on the palate with a background of anise and the perfect touch of acidity, giving a fresh, balanced wine.

Excellent as an appetiser or to enjoy with salads, shellfish and rice dishes, and also light cheeses.
