Grape Varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri, Riesling

This wine is made of a selection of Hondarrabi Zuri (80%) and Riesling (20%). After alcoholic fermentation the wine remains with its “lees” in the tank for at least 10 months before bottling, that makes the wine unctuous, dense and with a major structure. The riesling variety gives more complexity to the aroma of the wine through notes of white flowers and spice.
