This wine is elaborated with 100% of Hondarrabi Zuri. The personality of the grape and of the vineyard appear in this young fruit-flavoured wine. The production of our 27 hectares of vineyards oriented towards the midday sun and in planted loamy and clay soils, with an average production of 8.500 kilograms per hectare.
Itsasmendi Txakoli stands out for its balance, freshness and harmony. It is persistent in the mouth with a long end and a slightly bitter touch typical of the variety. Middle intensity in nose with notes of white fruits, grapefruit and citrics, some balsamic notes.
