Grapes: Tempranillo
Origin:
This wine is the result of the best selection of Tempranillo grapes. These grapes were picked by hand from 20 to 40 year-old vines to obtain this excellent wine.
Winemaking:
The grapes are selected, and then they undergo a period of cold maceration, where the skin is in contact with must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (25ºC). All the winemaking process is carried out in order to obtain the maximum fruitiness and sweet, pleasant and polished tannins.
Tasting notes:
Deep, cherry red colour, with violet tones. Fruity and intense on the nose, with hints of ripe fruit (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrants) and liquorice. Well balanced, fleshy, persistent, elegant and lively on the palate, with a long and pleasant finish.
Food pairing:
An ideal wine to enjoy with a wide variety of dishes (starters, meats, cold meats, rice, pizza or pasta). Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.
