Grape Variety: 100% Organic Verdejo D.O. Rueda
Elaboration The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a temperature level between 16 C and 18 C over a 28 day period. The clarification system used is “Bentonita” which involves a fining treatment after the cooling process.
Tasting Notes Color: Yellow with greenish reflections and very luminous. Aroma: An intense aroma of mature white fruit with a dash of tropical scents. It also presents an elegant vegetable flavor. Mouth: Dry and flavorful with a good balance obtained through the fruit and slight bitter tones. It shows a fresh acidity.
Matched Food Cold salads, seafood, Asian food, fish and any type of cheese.
