2010 Vintage
D.O. Cariñena Grape Varieties: Tempranillo (50%) and Syrah (50%)
Vinification: Both varieties were vinified separately. These grapes were destemmed and without crushing, were driven to our truncated conical stainless steel tanks. After a pre-fermentation cold maceration at 9ºC the alcoholic fermentation took place (natural yeasts) at a temperature 26ºC. Then aged for 4 months in American oak.
Tasting note: An intense cherry red colour with purple hints. The nose is full of complex layers of ripe red and black fruits. On the palate the wine displays powerful fruit, good weight and a full, well balanced finish.
Serving Temperature: Between 14 and 16ºC.
