DOCa La Rioja Grape Varieties: Tempranillo 80%, Garnacho 15%, Graciano 3% y Mazuelo 2%.
Ageing Period: 6 years in barrel and 6 years in bottle at least. Tasting Notes: Colour: very developped into the orange coming from the evolution of its tanins. Nose: fully bodied, and on flavour and texture. Taste: smooth, aged and complex. Harmony: well balanced. Alcohol Volume: 12,5% Vol. Total Acidity: 6,5 gr/l. Residual Sugar: dry. Gastronomy: the perfect accompaniment to roasted and highly flavored meats, lamb, etc. Wine Collecting: Very long, ten years or more. Storage Temperature: 14º C. Serving Temperature: 16ºC to 18ºC, depending place and time. Quantity Made: 5.000 bottles.
