2008 Vintage
D.O. Campo De Borja Grape Varieties: 75% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo.
Wine Making Traditional methods are used for wine production. The grape varieties are macerated, independently, for 10 days. This is followed, first by alcoholic fermentation and then by malolactic fermentation. The Garnacha and Tempranillo are then combined prior to aging by three month Crianza in American Oak casks. Tasting Notes The wine has a ruby red colouration of medium intensity. It has a complex nose of intense aromas particular to Crianza and its grape varieties. The palate is smooth, full and complex with harmonious oak tannins and good length.
